Peace Memorial Park

The World Heritage Site, the Atomic Bomb Dome, and the Peace Memorial Park, where 300 Someiyoshino cherry trees are planted, are usually in full bloom from late March to early April.

Hiroshima Yugaku no Mori Hiroshima Prefecture Ryokka Center

Located at an altitude of 390 meters above sea level, this nature-filled park is 1.25 million square meters in area, where visitors can see 800 cherry trees of about 50 varieties.

You can see not only standard cherry blossoms such as Someiyoshino, but also rare cherry blossoms such as Yae Koheda-taru, Sekiyama, Fugenzou, Goyouki, and Kanhizakura. Even if you are a little out of the cherry blossom season, you may still be able to see late-blooming cherry trees and others.

Jamboree Park

While the normal cherry tree has five petals, the Hiroshima ebayamazakura can have as many as 13 petals.
The Hiroshima Ebayamazakura cherry tree in Ebayama Park is a Hiroshima City Natural Monument. The park offers a panoramic view of Hiroshima City, allowing visitors to enjoy the scenery in many ways.

Bijiyama Park

Hijiyama Park is located on a small hill overlooking Hiroshima City and the Seto Inland Sea.

The magnificent weeping cherry tree in Kanbara, designated as a natural monument by Hiroshima Prefecture, is located between a residential area and fields, and although it may be a little difficult to find, a parking lot has been established.

Hiroshima City Botanical Park

Hiroshima Branch Office, Mint Bureau

The Hiroshima Branch Office of the Mint Bureau is famous for its double-flowered cherry trees.
It has been open to the public since 1991, and has been selected as a cherry blossom sightseeing spot as the Hana no Mawarimichi. The large cherry trees have a unique and gorgeous "double-flowered cherry blossom" appearance.
