Zao no Okama
Zao's Okama is the most major tourist attraction in Miyagi Prefecture. The lake is a crater lake formed by water that pooled in a depression created after a long-ago crater. It is also called Goshikinuma (five-colored swamp) because its color changes with the time of day and the seasons. Located almost in the middle of the Zao mountain range, visitors can go along the toll-free Zao High Line to get right next to the cauldron. Once you park your car, you can next take the Zao Karita Lift to Zao's Okama. Even if you don't have a car, there is a sightseeing bus that will take you there.
Located on top of a mountain at an elevation of 1,500 meters above sea level
It is recommended to bring a jacket because of the high altitude and changeable weather in the mountains.
The main thing to do in Zao is to visit the cauldrons, but there is another way to enjoy Zao, and that is to eat gourmet food. There are many gourmet foods around Zao that can only be found in Zao, such as ogama pizza, cheese, konnyaku, soba noodles, and many other delicious foods. Please come and enjoy Zao with us.

Matsushima Bay, one of the three most scenic spots in Japan, is an unusual place with more than 260 small islands scattered throughout the bay. The scenery is said to have fascinated not only historical figures but also Einstein. The best way to see the island is to take a ride on a sightseeing boat. It is a great way to take in all of Matsushima's scenery. The boat ride takes about 50 minutes and is a powerful sightseeing experience. Three different companies offer cruise boats, so you can choose the course of your choice.
Natural bridge "Horseback "
The spot is called "Horse's Back" because of its natural bridge-like shape, which resembles the back of a magnificent horse.
Also, this place is not maintained for sightseeing, so it is recommended to stay away. There are many tourist attractions in Matsushima Bay, and the abundance of oysters and other gourmet foods make it a popular tourist attraction. Point

clapper
Naruko has many attractions such as the Naruko border, Naruko Hot Springs Village, Kunimi Pass, Katayama Jigoku, Shiraito Falls, and more.
The most famous spot is the Kaikyo Bridge at the Naruko border. The sight of a train coming through the tunnel and emerging from the 100-meter-high bridge is so famous that it is often used in commercials and other media. The bridge is also a popular spot during the autumn foliage season, when the entire forest turns red and many people come to enjoy the scenery.
From the Naruko Gorge Rest House, you can get a good view of the train coming out.
There is also a surprising view at Fukiage Onsen in Jigokudani!
Naruko Onikobe Hot Spring Village has a geyser that sprays hot spring water. The geysers blow every few minutes, so there is no need to wait to see them. Be careful not to get too close or you will be splashed by the hot spring water. You can also stroll along the Jigokudani promenade while the steam is rising.
It is a sightseeing spot with many spots to enjoy, so please drop by when you visit Miyagi.

Sendai Uminomori Aquarium
The aquarium is located in Takasago Central Park in Miyagino-ku.
The most distinctive feature of this aquarium is this large tank, "Inochi Kirameku Umi ". The large tank, 14 meters wide and 7.5 meters deep, is an impressive spot.
Large facilities such as Mitsui Outlet Park Sendai Port are also located nearby, allowing visitors to enjoy both sightseeing and shopping. At the Uminomori Beach, visitors can directly touch the creatures and enjoy the aquarium with all five senses.
Dolphin and sea lion shows are also available!
There is a stand that can accommodate 1,000 people to watch the dolphin and sea lion shows. The scale of the show is one of the largest in Tohoku, making it a must-see.
Try the very popular cream daifuku, or dolphin's tits, at the souvenir store.
The aquarium and the outlet park are enough to kill a whole day, so if you are lost in Miyagi sightseeing, I recommend Sendai Uminomori Aquarium.

Hwangjinjin Shrine
The shrine has a history related to gold, as it was the first shrine in Japan where gold sand was discovered.
It is said that if you visit the temple for three years in a row, you will have no trouble with money for the rest of your life, making it a very popular spot. There is a sen-washing place where people wash their money in a colander, and some people wash their money and lottery tickets. Some people believe that if you spend the money immediately after washing it, you will get it back many times over, while others believe that if you put it away, it will bring in more money.
The original Japanese power spot!
The lore goes back a long time, and the place is like an ancient Japanese power spot, so to speak.
The shrine is located on a remote island, and the fact that it can only be reached by boat is another reason for its legendary status.
The boat only leaves on Sundays, and the capacity is limited to 70 people. It is especially crowded during the New Year's holiday. If you must go, you can charter a boat.
