Bihoku Auto Village



Bihoku Auto Village is located in the National Bihoku Hillside Park in Shobara. This campground is so attractive that it was the first campground in Chugoku-Shikoku to be certified as a five-star campground by the Japan Auto Camping Association (JAC).



The campground is shaped to meet the needs of campers with general car sites, free sites, camper sites, and cottages, respectively. The campground is covered with beautiful lawn, and the facilities, equipment, and security are well maintained. It is a very cozy campground where you can enjoy the great nature of Shobara. Okunojima Vacation Village Campsite



There is a campground run by the Vacation Village Group on Okuno Island, and this campground overlooks the beautiful Seto Inland Sea. This is also a grass campground, with stylish sites, empty-handed camping sites, and free tent sites, making it safe and enjoyable even for camping beginners.
You can also take a bath in a hot spring at an accommodation facility located a 5-minute walk from the campground.

Okunojima can only be reached by boat, so if you are using a free tent site, you will probably have to load your car onto the ferry and head for the island. However, please note that loading your car on the ferry will cost you a certain amount of money.

Onomichi Marine Youth Center



You can also have a good time camping at Onomichi Marine Youth Center, located along the coast of the Seto Inland Sea in Onomichi. Yasaka Camping Village



There are three campgrounds, collectively called "Yasaka Camping Village ", located across the Oze River that runs along the border between Otake City and Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. It is a place where you can enjoy day camping and auto camping, and is especially crowded with many family campers in the summer time, as they can enjoy playing in the river.

However, never allow children to play alone in the river, as some parts of the river are deep. Playing in the river after drinking alcohol is also strictly prohibited.

Yasaka Camping Village also has open-air cabins. The view from these cabins is great, and you can enjoy the feeling of a vacation home.

River Pearl Shell Plaza Campground
