Aizenji Temple



Aizenji Temple is located just beyond the town of Katayamazu Onsen.
This unusual heart-shaped object is based on the motif of an inome. The inome, an ancient Japanese shape of an inverted heart, is said to have the meaning of repelling evil spirits.





The "Isshin Ema "is also famous for its cute heart pattern. Visitors write their wishes on the back of the bright red heart-shaped ema, and then place the heart-shaped ema inside the body of the ema while expressing their wishes. At Aizenji Temple, many Isshin Ema are dedicated by visitors with their wishes.

The lovely Aizenji Temple, with its many hearts, offers other photo-worthy spots. The pink doors offer a view of the scenery and make for an unintentionally exciting place to visit. Higashi Chaya-gai (Higashi-chaya district)



Higashi Chaya-gai is a retro townscape that looks like something out of a movie. This townscape has been preserved since ancient times and is designated as a national Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings.



The streets are lined with souvenir shops and restaurants associated with Kanazawa.
Some of the sweets make you want to take pictures, so it would be a good idea to stop by for a break.



This Higashi Chaya-gai has an even more modern atmosphere at night. Check the opening hours of each store and enjoy strolling around at night.

You can also walk around town in a kimono that matches the atmosphere.



There are several kimono rental stores near Kanazawa's sightseeing spots, and many tourists use them for walking around town. Cape Suzu (Cape of Sanctuary)



Cape Suzu is located at the northern tip of the Noto Peninsula and is a natural spot where one can directly feel the Sea of Japan. Also known as the Cape of Sanctuary, it is also known as a power spot.

Hakusan Biwa Shrine

Yamashiro Onsen

Yamashiro Onsen is a hot spring resort town with ryokan (Japanese-style inns) lined up around a public bathhouse.
There are two public bathhouses, "So-yu "and "Old So-yu ".



"So-yu "offers soaking in 100 percent spring water using a new thermal circulation system.
"Ko-so-yu "incorporates a bathing method from the Meiji era called "yuami "and is positioned as a Meiji version of so-yu. The exterior and interior also have a retro Meiji-era look, making you feel as if you have stepped back in time.

Japan Auto Museum



The Japan Automobile Museum is one of the largest automobile museums in Japan.

Notojima Aquarium





Notojima Aquarium is located on Notojima Island. The aquarium breeds and exhibits creatures that live around the Noto Peninsula, so you can feel closer to them.

Nomi City Kutani Yaki Museum



The Nomi City Kutani Pottery Museum is an art museum where visitors can exhibit and experience the making of traditional Kutani potteries from Ishikawa Prefecture.
You can enjoy the culture of Ishikawa while having fun, and have a valuable experience along with the memories of your trip.





Kutaniyaki is an Ishikawa porcelain that has been produced since the Edo period (1603-1868) and is characterized by its brightly colored paintings.
