The slopes spread out widely from left to right, with a variety of courses ranging from gentle, loose slopes to steep, unpaved slopes. There are a total of 16 courses that can be enjoyed by beginners and advanced skiers alike, with some courses offering long runs of up to 2,000 meters.



Yuzawa Nakasato Snow Resort has two facilities: "Nakasato Ski Center "and "Mountain Terrace ". Both have changing rooms, rentals, restaurants, stores, etc.
There is also a kids' space for children who are tired of playing.

As for the courses, there is an area where the course develops on the mountain in front of the Nakasato Ski Center and another area that extends to the mountain on the left side of Mountain Terrace, and the valley in the center of the area also has a wide course.

For beginners and intermediate skiers, "Panorama Course ""Joyful Course "is recommended. The slopes are not so steep and the course is wide. You can enjoy the longest run of 2,000 meters gently.

For advanced skiers, we recommend "Dynamic Course ""Giant Course ". It is a very tough course with steep slopes of up to 32 degrees and bumps that are not pressurized. In the mornings in high season when there is plenty of fresh snow, it is a great place to enjoy deep snow skiing.

Another popular facility is the train "Blue Train "that lines up in front of the parking lot.
It is open to the public as a rest stop using carriages that are no longer in use.

Kamidate Snow Resort



Kandatsu Snow Resort is popular for its natural snow and proximity to the Tokyo metropolitan area.
It is only a 5-minute drive from the Yuzawa IC of the Kanetsu Expressway and an 8-minute free shuttle bus ride from the Joetsu Shinkansen Yuzawa Station Station. In addition, parking for approximately 2,000 vehicles is available free of charge on all days.



The courses are laid out for all levels of skiers, with powder zones for advanced skiers and wide slopes for beginners and intermediate skiers. The slopes also include a kids' area and a beginners-only snow park.



The gentle and wide main slope "Pollux "course is 1,100 meters long and can be skied in a relaxed manner. Also, by skiing the gentle runs "Andromeda "→ "Procyon "→ "Pollux ""Castor ", even beginners can enjoy a long run of 2,500 meters.

Akakura Onsen Ski Resort



Akakura Onsen Ski Resort boasts a large amount of snow and 100% natural snow.

Maiko Snow Resort



Maiko Snow Resort is a popular ski resort for its many and varied courses and easy access. It is located about a 2-hour drive from Nerima, Tokyo, and only 1 minute from the Shiozawa-Ishiuchi Interchange on the Kanetsu Expressway.



There are 26 courses in total, with the longest run being a whopping 6,000 meters.
