Shuri Ryuzen

"Shuri Ryuzome "is the only place in Japan where you can experience traditional Okinawan coral dyeing.
The facility was originally created by a dyeing and weaving artist in Kyoto to preserve and carry on the beautiful Okinawan Bingata dyeing tradition.
The restaurant is housed in an old private house in Hida Takayama that has been relocated, giving it a historical and elegant appearance.
