Nakijin Agu Cuisine Set Nagadoya

This restaurant serves shabu-shabu using a lot of Nakijin Agu, a fantastic black pig.
Agu is a Ryukyuan native pig of Okinawa Prefecture, of which Nakijin Agu is said to be the best.
The meat is so delicious that it is simply dipped in hot water and eaten with ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice).


You can choose whether to eat Nakijin Agu in shabu-shabu or yakiniku, but shabu-shabu is definitely recommended. There is a greedy course where you can enjoy both, so if you want to eat both, try both. Shabu-shabu can also be served with zosui (rice porridge) with Agu's broth at the end.
