Ramen noodles in a pitiful form that you would never see in a restaurant or coffee shop.
Other interesting works on display include a Neapolitan with a fork floating in the air, soft-serve ice cream that has fallen over, and ramen noodles with popular characters immersed in the soup.

Food samples in glass cases are available for purchase. Although the prices are quite expensive compared to other souvenirs, they are recommended for those who are looking for surrealistic interior items or for those who collect food samples as a hobby.

Sample making experience at Sanpuru Kobo

While the visit alone is enjoyable enough, the most attractive thing about the Sanpuru Kobo is that visitors can experience making food samples!
Sanpuru Kobo offers three food sample making experience menus: "making a smartphone stand," "making a sweet tart," and "making tempura & lettuce.
Here we introduce the contents of the experience menu for those who plan to experience food sample making at Sanpuru Kobo.

Phone stand making experience

We recommend this for beginners in food sample making.
It looks as if a cup of ice cream has spilled over and melted! but in fact, this is not just a food sample, but can be used as a smartphone stand.

This experience of making a smartphone stand that looks like a spilled cup of ice cream is the least difficult of the three experience menus available at Sanpuru Kobo, and there is no age limit, so even small children can try it.

The phone stand comes in a total of four colors. You can choose your favorite ice cream from vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, and green tea.
The process begins by mixing all the prepared ingredients.
Then, before it hardens, drizzle the mixture onto the underlay and spoon it in just the right position. Yes, it is now ready. All that remains is to wait for the ingredients to harden.
Since the color and shape of the finished work differs from person to person, it is interesting to make and compare them with other friends or with parents and children.

<Experience of making a smartphone stand
Fee: 1,100 yen per piece (tax included)
Time required: about 20 minutes
Reservations: advance reservations or at the store on the day of purchase

Sweets Tart Making Experience

Next, we will introduce the experience of making sweet tarts.
As with the smartphone stand making experience, there are no age restrictions here, so children and adults alike can enjoy the experience.

Once in the experience space, you will squeeze whipped cream on a pre-prepared tart and top it with your choice of several different types of fruit.
It feels as if you are really making sweets! Since you can decorate it in your own style, you can make food samples that are even more original than making a phone stand.

If you want to use the sweet tart as a note stand, insert a clip at the end.
Of course, you can take it home as is without the clip! The whipped cream takes about three days to completely harden, so be careful of the number of days when using it as a memo stand.

<Experience of making sweet tarts
Price: 1,650 yen per piece (tax included)
Time required: about 20 minutes
Reservations: advance reservations or at the store on the day of purchase

Tempura & Lettuce Making Experience

For those who want to experience more authentic food sample making, we recommend the Tempura & Lettuce Making Experience!
Unlike the two experiences introduced earlier, the Tempura & Lettuce Making Experience uses melted wax to create the items.

The tempura-making experience begins with an explanation of precautions and procedures, followed by the selection of the ingredients of your choice.
There is a wide variety of ingredients, including the standard shrimp, sweet potatoes, green peppers, eggplant, and more! It is hard to decide which one to choose.
Once you have chosen the ingredients, you now pour the melted wax into the hot water to make the tempura batter. The batter is said to be applied differently for shrimp and vegetables, so the key is to observe the staff's sample carefully.
Once the batter is coated, it is ready! The final step is to pack the tempura you have made into a special pack.

The lettuce-making experience begins with a drop of white and green wax to create one large leaf.
Then, the wax is dipped in hot water and wrinkled to give the leaves a more lettuce-like appearance. This is surprisingly difficult. ......
Finally, tear off a small portion and roll it up to make a lettuce core. Wrap it up with the remaining green leaves and you are done! Then, as with tempura, pack them together in a special pack.

The tempura & lettuce making experience is the most challenging of the experience menu.
Therefore, although there is an age limit, anyone above elementary school age can experience it, so it is highly recommended for those who want to "make a work of art that looks like the real thing! I highly recommend it to those who want to try their hand at making a realistic work of art. If you have a chance to visit Sanpuru Kobo, please try your hand at making food samples.

<Tempura & Lettuce Making Experience
Fee: 2,200 yen per person (tax included)
Duration: 30 minutes for up to 4 people at a time
