Hakata Ikkosha Sohonten

This is the main branch of Hakata Ikkosha, the original foamy tonkotsu ramen restaurant.

The creamy foaminess makes the rich soup even richer and richer, and with its convenient location just a 5-minute walk from JR Hakata Station, this restaurant has a reputation for being the best place to eat tonkotsu ramen.

Straight, thin noodles!

You can enjoy the original Tonkotsu Ramen with thin, straight noodles in the Tonkotsu soup, which is the characteristic of Hakata Ramen. If you are used to eating Hakata Ramen, we recommend the noodles to be firm, but if you are not used to eating Hakata Ramen, we recommend normal to soft noodles.
If you are not accustomed to eating Hakata Ramen, we recommend that you go at a later time of the day.

Only the freshest beef entrails of six kinds (small intestine, large intestine, large intestine, Chinese cabbage, chives, and pork) are used in this nabe.
The main course is, of course, the most delicious beef entrails, and the cabbage and chives add to the flavor of the nabe.
