And factory-direct sales outlets that allow customers to purchase products directly without intermediaries.
I am very happy that both are "reasonably priced.

In this issue, we focus on sweets and breads.
Buy lots of delicious food at a discount.

Don Remy Outlet Takasaki

Gunma Prefecture's outlets are here.
It is probably the most well-known.
Located near Takasaki Station.
The location is about a 3-minute walk from the station, so it is also recommended for those who want to take the train.

Don Remy distributes sweets mainly to supermarkets and convenience stores.
The main items are western-style confectionery.
Cream-filled cakes, custard puddings, and crispy pies are especially popular.

What a surprise, sparkling parfait-type products are also lined up at the outlet.
Some items are only available for a limited time, so if you see them, be sure to keep them on hand.
The taste is well-known because the company distributes its products to convenience stores and supermarkets.
It is sweet, but not too sweet, and can be eaten easily.
Be warned that even if you buy a lot, they are so tasty that they will disappear in no time.

Do you know what this pack full of stuff is?
Yes, it is a "piece" of candy.
They sell in bulk the ends that are inevitably created when they are made into products.
This is a very popular item at Don Remy Outlet.
Even if it doesn't look well done, it doesn't taste all that different.
The bag is so packed that you can feel its weight when you hold it, yet it is inexpensive, ranging from 250 yen to 500 yen.
Please try it for your sweet time at home.
Please also take note of the very reasonable assortment of products.

Bakery Outlet iF Takasaki

This is an outlet operated by the Daiichi Bakery Takasaki Plant.
Located in Takasaki City, near "Kuragano Station ".
It is located along Route 17, one of the main roads, so there is no danger of missing it.
Don't miss the green, pink and blue road signs on a white background.
From the street, the prominent yellow and green exterior is clearly visible.
This is another very popular outlet for a generally well-known company.
Sometimes late in the day, even on weekdays, there is hardly any product left.
If you are going especially on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, try to look in as early in the day as possible.

It is the same product as "Daiichi Seiban "that you buy at convenience stores and supermarkets.
A variety of items such as prepared bread, sweet bread, and bread are lined up in the store.
Some of the packaging is a bit simplistic, but there is nothing wrong with the taste.
There are also confections from "Three Star Confectionery ", an affiliate of Daiichi Baking Company.

The best part of the store is the "special bag.
The single loaves sold at convenience stores and supermarkets are explosively inexpensive at around ¥150 for a package of three to five loaves.
Many visitors come for this item, which is often sold out as early as after noon.
When the special use bags run low, they may be replenished, but the time is indefinite.
"It is recommended that you just go to "if you are lucky enough to have one.
Be careful not to buy too much unintentionally, as products other than special-use bags are also really cheap enough to bug your brain.

Musashi Confectionery Factory Direct Store

If you like Japanese sweets, I recommend this one.
It is located in a place called "Yoshii-cho", a little far from the city center of Takasaki.
The nearest is "Jyoshu Fukushima Station ".
The distance is 1.9 kilometers and it takes about 4 minutes to drive there.
It takes about 30 minutes on foot, so it is better to have a car if possible.

We mainly sell Japanese sweets, which are often found in supermarkets.
It is distributed mostly in the Kanto area in particular, but seems to cover a fairly broad area, including Tohoku.
You may be able to find Takezo confectionery in your area.
Many of you have probably heard of this company before, as it has been contracted to manufacture products for well-known companies.
Especially popular are manju, dorayaki, yokan, dango, daifuku and mochi.
It has become popular among the locals because the quality is the same as what you can buy at the supermarket, but at a much more reasonable price.
Look out for the fresh Dorayaki "and Fuwadora ", which look great on social media (they are in the fridge).

"Hitokuchimanju (一口万頭) ".
I would highly recommend purchasing this product if you have it.
The skin is chewy and the filling is sweet red bean paste.
It is sweet but not cloying, making it a perfect snack.
The bite-size pieces are recommended for sharing with family members or eating in small portions.
The regular-sized ones are also a bargain, but the "Hitokuchi Mantou assortment," which comes in packs of about 12 pieces, is a must-buy if you see it.
We also recommend "imo-yokan "with its irresistible pokupokku texture, "Hisasuke-kun "of imokko manju (sweet potato buns), out-of-spec packs of dorayaki, and packs of anko (sweet bean paste) for Japanese sweets.
There are too many to recommend: .......
Popular items sell out late in the day, so be sure to come early as well.

Seigetsudo head office factory direct sales

A company known for manufacturing and selling Tabigarasu, a well-known souvenir of Gunma (a confection similar to a gaufrette, a mineral spring rice cracker).
Here is the factory direct sales shop operated by this traveling garasu honpo.
It is located on the grounds of the large main factory.
It is 1.7 kilometers from the Maebashi Minami IC, about 5 minutes by car.
As with Musashi Seika, it would be easier to get there with a car if possible.

While the main attraction is the traveling garasu, there are many other tasty treats as well.
Many products, including Japanese and Western confections, line the store shelves.
There is also a Dorayaki with Gunma's famous Gunma-chan ( ") "character imprinted on it.
Currently, some of its products are available for purchase due to the influence of Don Remy, which is now the management body of the company.
Puddings, parfait-type items, etc. are available for purchase.
There is also an outlet section.

If you have any, I recommend purchasing them here "Dorayaki Crust ".
I'm not sure why I don't list traveling glass first, but this is really useful.
It is moist, sweet, and delicious eaten as is, but it is also good to "put your favorite thing between them.
It is delicious when served with whipped cream, custard cream, fruit, etc., and can also be added to homemade parfaits.
It is also recommended that you can use one sheet at a time, as many as you need.
What is going on with such an attractive price of ¥120 for a pack of five?
Check out "Cracked Sen "for a bag full of slightly sweet kosen sen crackers.

Gatofesta Harada, Chateau du Bonheur, New Main Building

A confectionery store in Gunma, Japan.
Signature products include rusks "Goutte des Rois ", which are fragrant with the aroma of butter.
The unusual thing about this place is that you can take a "factory tour.
Admission is free until 4:40 p.m.
If you are going here, why not enjoy it?
Visitors to the factory tour will also enjoy a special "rusk" tasting.
Please note that factory tours are closed on Sundays and New Year's Day (January 1) (stores are open all year round).
Please keep in mind that the line may be down during the lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00 and after 16:00.

The main course is still rusks.
As a factory-direct store, it has a larger selection than the main store.
Basically, there is not a large amount of honeycomb and it looks beautiful as it is mainly sold as a genuine product.
There will be tastings so you can try a rusk you've never tasted before.
Enjoy shopping elegantly in a Western castle-like atmosphere.

Long things in bags.
This is actually a baguette before it became a rusk.
"The French bread will be sold in stores under the name ".
It is very large, yet it is a bargain at less than 300 yen.
It has a simple flavor and goes with everything from jams and compotes to vegetables, meat, and fish.
It would be interesting to make your own rusks.
It is a hot item that can only be purchased at the factory, and we highly recommend it.
Be sure to keep a look out for the factory's limited-edition "Value Packs" when you see them.
Both are popular items that often sell out late in the day.
