Ramen "Gama "

Ramen "Gama "is a chain of Hakata Ramen restaurants in Hiroshima Prefecture. The ramen menu includes the richly flavored "Akauuma ", the light and elegant "Shiro Uma ", and the innovative "Kuro Uma "with its rich soy sauce flavor. All of the ramen are excellent, and once you try one, you will "definitely want to try it again! "I personally prefer the authentic Kyushu flavor. Personally, I think it is such a great Tonkotsu Ramen that it even surpasses the taste of the real Kyushu.

Other items available include Shiki no Ramen, which can be enjoyed for a limited time only, Hakata Ichibu Gyoza, fried rice, and more. And what's more, the free "delicious spicy bean sprouts "are an absolute must. It is quite spicy, but the taste is addictive.

Chinese Soba Noodles Cheerful

The Yokozuna of the Hiroshima ramen world may be "Youki ". Founded in 1958, this long-established ramen restaurant is said to be the originator of Hiroshima ramen, and has been a favorite of Hiroshima residents for many years. It is said to be the original Hiroshima ramen, and has been a favorite of Hiroshima residents for many years.

The menu itself is very simple, with only basic Chinese noodles. There are no side dishes such as gyoza (Chinese dumplings) or fried rice, which are usually present in ramen restaurants. However, this may be a blessing for those who are indecisive, as there is no way to decide what to order.

The ramen soup is pork bone soy sauce flavored and goes well with the thin noodles. It is a simple ramen, but the taste is addictive, and once you try it, you will probably become addicted to its traditional flavor. If you are visiting Hiroshima, even if you are from outside of the prefecture, please stop by to enjoy the traditional taste of Hiroshima.

Talk about your dreams.

This is a ramen restaurant of the recently trendy "Jiro-inspired "type. While many Jiro-inspired ramen restaurants exist and are popular in the Kanto region, there are still very few Jiro-inspired ramen restaurants in Hiroshima Prefecture. However, this restaurant is probably the only one among them that offers authentic Jiro-style ramen.

If you are familiar with Jiro Ramen, there is no need to explain. It is a thick noodle in a thick soup, topped with thick pork, fatty back fat, and garlic. It is as hearty and irresistible as the real Jiro Ramen. It is definitely high in calories, which may not be good for your health, but even so, you may still want to eat this ramen once in a while.

If you are a Jiro fan, the so-called "Giroian ", you should definitely go to this restaurant, but even if you are not, please try it. You may make new discoveries and encounters. However, it is quite hearty, so if you are a first-timer, I recommend ordering half a bowl of noodles or more. After you eat it, you will unintentionally "want to talk about your dreams "of such a tasty ramen.

Bakudan-ya Honten

When talking about Hiroshima, "Hiroshima Tsukemen "is an existence that cannot be removed. And I think "Bakudan-ya "is positioned as a representative of the stores that offer Hiroshima tsukemen. Because of its popularity, you may often see tsukemen on the market at supermarkets.

Perhaps the most distinctive feature of Hiroshima Tsukemen is its sauce. The secret sauce is spicy, but it is not only spicy but also has an elegant flavor with a hint of dashi (Japanese soup stock), giving it a depth of flavor that you will never find in other restaurants. The spiciness can be adjusted according to your taste. " "If you can't handle spicy food, don't worry! You will definitely feel refreshed after eating the tsukemen noodles, even though they will make you break out in a sweat.

Some restaurants also offer okonomiyaki and sake to enjoy together, which is very attractive to those who come from outside the prefecture.

(former) first-class residence

The most famous local ramen in Hiroshima is probably "Onomichi Ramen ". ""Located near JR Onomichi Station, there is always a long line of people waiting to get in.

The ramen soup is a chicken broth based soy sauce flavor with a firm back fat layer, and can be called the royal road to Onomichi ramen. The most popular ramen here is the "Kakuni Ramen ". The combination of the ramen and the pork kakuni is punishing and irresistibly delicious. There are also several other types of ramen, gyoza, onigiri (rice balls), and set menus that will surely satisfy you.

Chinese Soba Noodles - Kunimatsu Main Branch

Speaking of soup-less tantanmen restaurants, "Kunimatsu "is the name that comes to mind, and it is a very popular restaurant in Hiroshima. Kunimatsu's tantanmen is so popular that even in Tokyo and Tohoku, you can find Kunimatsu's tantanmen.

The combination of Kunimatsu's homemade noodles and our special sauce, which is the result of many years of trial and error, is sure to satisfy anyone's taste buds. If this is your first time to try tantanmen without soup, don't worry. The restaurant also provides instructions on how to enjoy the tantanmen without soup on the table. The ability to enjoy various flavor variations may be one of the charms of Kunimatsu's soup-less tantanmen. After finishing the noodle, the final dish of mixing the sauce with mini rice is also irresistible. We highly recommend that you try it at least once.

Mencius' mother nature is as wide as the sky

This ramen restaurant is located in Hu-machi in Hiroshima City. It is no exaggeration to say that the manager, who trained in Osaka for ramen, has established a new style of ramen in Hiroshima called "Tamarei-kei Ramen ". It seems to have opened in 2019, but despite being a relatively recent establishment, it is a very popular ramen restaurant.

The menu includes bonito, shrimp, orange, orange and shellfish-based soy sauce ramen, oil soba, and limited edition ramen. I thought the orange was novel, but the soup is elegant, clear, and very complete ramen. This is the kind of ramen restaurant that draws a line out the door at lunchtime, but it is a dish worth waiting in line for, so be sure to try it.

Shio-soba

This is a popular morning ramen restaurant with a long line of customers in Mihara City. Just looking at the pictures of their ramen, you can't help but drool at the beauty and quality of their ramen. "The soup is full of the flavor of Setouchi Iriko "and other seafood broths, and the homemade thin noodles are a perfect match. It is a high-spec ramen that cannot be tasted anywhere else. It is the one and only ramen that is worth waiting in line for hours to try.

However, please note that stores seem to be closed on weekends and holidays. If you only have weekends and holidays off, try your best to go there on weekdays and take a paid vacation. Also, it seems that take-out salted soba noodles are sold at various places in Hiroshima on weekends, so if you really want to try it, you can make use of this option.

Nabeyaki Ramen Hisashi

This is a popular ramen restaurant in Nagarekawa, the busiest downtown area in Hiroshima. The restaurant is open until late at night, so there are many Hiroshima residents who may want to finish off a night of drinking in Nagarekawa with a bowl of Hisashi's nabeyaki ramen before heading home.

The ramen is served in a hot iron pot in a gently seasoned chicken broth and thin, curly noodles style. "It is served in a hot iron pot! "I can't help but say, "This is a delicious ramen after a night of drinking! It is also unique in that it is served with grated daikon radish on top. Not surprisingly, grated daikon radish and ramen are a great combination. Other popular dishes include mini curry sets and zosui (rice porridge).

Of course, it is open not only at night but also for lunch, so you can go there for lunch.

RYU麺

Lastly, I would like to recommend "Ryu-men ", a well-known curry ramen restaurant located in the downtown area of Kure City "Nakadori Shopping Street ". It is a restaurant that targets customers who come to Kure to finish off a night of drinking, and it opens at 9:00 p.m., which is a novel style.

Curry Ramen, the specialty of this restaurant, is a perfect combination of a thick, sweet curry soup and thin noodles. It is a taste that will soak into your body after a night of drinking. In addition, the restaurant also offers mild pork bone ramen, curry with pork cutlet, and other dishes, making it a more satisfying restaurant than the first stop for a drink if you are not careful.
